Kettlebell training has a number of benefits over traditional gym training routines most people do. It has existed for centuries and has been Russia's favorite strength and conditioning for a reason. However, it is not the best piece of equipment to get strong and fit, because there is no such one thing that will deliver you all your desired results. It is also important to explore other forms of training, such as involving barbell, bodyweight, macebells, sandbags, strongman equipment (stones, tires, logs etc) and the list can go on.
